Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Terrific question! Firstly, the annual cost for a full-time, senior designer currently exceeds $100,000, inclusive of benefits (and securing one is challenging).
Additionally, there may not be a steady workflow to keep them fully occupied, hence you wind up paying for unproductive periods.
In contrast, our monthly plan allows you the flexibility to activate or pause your subscription as required, ensuring you only pay for your designer when they have work on their plate.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
After subscribing, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want, and we'll deliver them one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Usually, we finish most requests in just two days or even less.
But if the request is more complicated, it might take a bit longer.
How does the pause feature work?
We get it—you might not have a ton of design work every month. If you just have one or two design requests, you can pause your subscription.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. So, if you use the service for 21 days and decide to pause, the billing cycle stops.
You'll then have 10 days of service left to use whenever you need them in the future.
How do I request designs?
We're really flexible when it comes to handling design ideas shared through Trello.
Our clients usually use Trello to suggest their designs, share Google docs or drafts, or even make a short Loom video instead of writing everything down.
Anything you can connect to or show in Trello works for us!
